Last week we featured a bright farmhouse desk and a light, feminine desk makeover – today we’re going dark and a little masculine. Kandice revived this damaged desk by sanding it all down and applying new stain and paint. (You can see the beautiful refinished top in the bottom photo.) She also cleaned and kept the original hardware, saving her quite a bit of money.
She says, “this desk is a true rags to riches transformation. It was given to my customer and was in horrible shape with scratches, dents, dings and stains.
